HOW DOES TRAINING DIFFER FROM BEGINNERS TO EXPERTS?

Training differs based on a few factors. How long have you been active? How long have you been running? What are your goals? Answering these questions will help us come up with the right plan for you.

CAN I CHAT OR PING YOU AT ANY TIME?

With the monthly coaching plan, I am here for you. There is no limit on how many times you can reach out to me. In fact, I want to hear from you. How is your training going? What is working? Not working? Our goal is to be as transparent as possible.

DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAIN ATHLETIC LEVEL TO TRAIN?

All athletes start somewhere and I want to help you on your journey. Whether you have ran marathons for years or haven't jumped off the couch for a run in years, I am here to help you get there.
